The prom event was a huge success with over 1,000 tickets purchased and hundreds of users coming on throughout the night! We gave away over 500 hoverboards and over a million credits from our free gift table that was located in the main room. Here are some tweets from the event:

Because of this huge success, we’re excited to announce we’ll be hosting another event soon! The Summer Kick-Off Party is making a return! With redecorated rooms, free gifts, and more, this party will surely be a night to remember on Penguin Oasis!
We don’t have all the details finalized yet, so for now we’d like you guys to comment below with suggestions for the party! Give us some ideas for what you’d like to see (custom items, games, etc) so we can help shape this into the best party yet!

Possibly some sunny rooms with water slides and stuff, as well as a fair or something you’d see on summer days, or an 800 room hotel, and the party tickets either free or cheap like 500 credits so everyone can experience the fun.

The only bad thing about the tickets being cheaper is that the rooms will lag even more than they did for prom with so many people in there. 🙁
And there should be NO LIMITS to how many penguins are in the room because I spent 5000 coins for a ticket and was unable to go inside.

For how long do these events last? I am asking this because I couldn’t attend PROM. Can you keep people from other regions in mind as well? The Time selected for PROM was 2 AM for me so I had to miss out ;( Can you keep this in mind for the next event? Also, can we again have a partner or a similar thing like a date? I missed out on PROM and I would also like to the opportunity to have a date too!
For me it was at 1am (I’m a brit) and they should start at midday in their time which becomes 5:00 PM BST.

Maybe we could have beach parties and smoothie stands! Bright rooms with good music and refreshments. A hotel sounds amazing, the idea Thicc Baby presented. Maybe we could have a mall or a volleyball courts! It could be a good idea to have a room full of pools, or different pool parties. It would be nice to have an interactive fountain!

We had a photo booth at the last party, prom, and I thought that was super cute. You guys should definitely do that again. Also, this summer kick-off party has to have a pool and some lil swirly water slides. That’d be fun!!
We should have a hotel with awesome summer drinks and we should be able to go up 800 rooms and u can choose which one, we have our own rooms we can decorate or pay more to get decorated….
Fun beaches
While it would be great for the party to be free, it would mean so much more lag than the lag at Prom. And it doesn’t take long to earn a couple thousand credits; Ice Fishing twice a day for a few days isn’t too much work. And it would be nice if there were more rooms with more interactive features; like water slides and other little bits of animation here and there.
Also, the party should last a day or two. I know a few people who stayed up until 2am for Prom to start; and another who couldn’t make it at all. Bright rooms and upbeat music would also be good to give that summer vibe. Palm trees, beaches, small coves and a sort of tropical theme would be great. Contests, like that of the Prom King/Queen/Best Dressed thing would be cool as well.
Water balloons instead of snowballs would be cool too. And lastly, it would be amazing if there was a day/sunset/night setting for players.

I think we should make a path to the cove and in the forest wecould have a big bonfire. ther would be fireworks and the nightclub would have an all nightlong track of songs. At the docks, people could have a water ballon fight. The stadeom would sell tickets to people who whould want to see a game. At the pool beneth the night club would have a lot of cool stuf to do (like swim with your puffle)

It would be cool to have an epic pool party with water slides. It could be on a yacht, or maybe like a rooftop terrace with a pool and smoothies/refreshments. Or you could have it on a completely separate island with bungalows. Tropical house music is a must!! It has great summery vibes. Perhaps a couple different servers with the same party instead of just one. It’s easier in case of full rooms
A pool party seems awesome you can make over rooms for each penguin, tickets can be around 600-1000 that’s cheap. and for every ticket bought, you can add a room same design, no worries. xD idk what for, i just saw in the comments thought it was a great idea so i decided to re post! ^^ music, can be played, but last time music wasn’t fun. put popular music like closer, we don’t talk anymore, etc.

i really like everyone’s ideas ,but how about a airplane instead of a yacht that could take us to different summer themed rooms kinda like a summer vacation. oh and also how about a rollercoaster in one of the rooms?

You should make party’s in every room and you should me able to get custom made items and make a water park like six flags and it should be free to enter so everyone could join the fun and there should be yachts and boats to get to other places like an island or something.

Make it earlier (prom was 1:00am for me and I’m british where you have lots of users) and make it so it’s part of the British summer holidays as well and make more rooms for it to disperse crowds and inevitable lag and add more main dancing areas so people aren’t rushing and trying to get in full rooms half the time which makes it MUCH less enjoyable as well as this, host it on multiple servers

I would suggest making a no person-room limit, because I could barely get inside Prom. Also, another suggestion is to make the price a little cheaper. Maybe around 3,500 would be a good price.

We could have an area/room that could be dedecated to all the old club penguin mascots [ e.g Aunt Arctic , Cadence , Franky , Dot , G Billy , Gary , Merry Walrus , Petey K , Puffle Handler , Rockhopper , Rookie , Sensei , Stompin’ Bob , Sam / Sasquatch or even Herbert.P.Bear] where you could buy costumes of them in summer outfits like giant funky sunglasses,swerly summer dresses stuff like that.

I would like the music to be kept the same and the credits should be easier to get and should be put on for a lower cost. Moreover I would like there to be a lot of activities, puzzles and gifts it should be the party of the century for penguin oasis and not to mention the VIP passes should be given out, without a vip badge you cannot get in.
Tickets should be at least 500 credits, I believe there should be rooms from the Music Jam 2016 Cruise Ship, and Teen Beach Summer Jam 2013 party should be the whole map.
it shouldn’t be just one server like prom since it was hard for everyone to get in the server and it shouldnt be in just one room since there’s a max capacity for that too. It could be over like multiple servers and like across the entire island? That way it wouldn’t be as laggy and like more people can join. Those usable waterslides from the Teen beach party would be fun ! 🙂
